Contract # GS00T01AHD0002Proposal to add Federal Telecommunications Service – Long Distance (FTS-LD)2.2.1.2.2.1.e.2.2 Caller Paid Dial In (Caller Paid "Meet Me")Caller Paid Dial In features are similar to Toll Free Dial In. The Host will call theTeleConference Specialist, or access the Internet Reservation system, to make areservation with the date and time of the teleconference, the number of locationsexpected to call in and the length of time needed. There are no charges for unusedports or unused time. The Host pays for the bridge costs of the entire call. A CallerPaid number is a regular telephone number and is considered a direct dial call. Eachparticipant will pay for their own long distance or transport by the long distancecarrier of their choice. The TeleConference Specialist (or Internet Reservationconfirmation) will provide the Host with a ___________ number bridge number forall participants to dial, security access codes, and a conference ID number shouldchanges be required before the conference. All participants must be notified of thebridge number to dial and their security access code.Dial-In calls can be set up in one of two ways:Automated (ADI): Callers are automatically added to the conference.Operator Assisted (OADI): Callers are greeted to the conference by an AT&TSpecialist.2.2.1.2.2.1.e.2.3Operator Assisted Dial-In (OADI)For Operator Assisted Dial-In, the host will call the TeleConference Specialist, oraccess the Internet Reservation system, to make a reservation with the date and timeof the teleconference, the number of locations expected to call in and the length oftime needed.
