Minutes <strong>of</strong> Boards Meeting dt. 30.4.08 at 4.30 P.M. held inSociety <strong>of</strong>fice.This is a deferred <strong>meeting</strong> <strong>of</strong> 29.04.08 where in appointment <strong>of</strong>Architect is to be discussed and decided.1. It is unanimously resolved to issue a letter <strong>of</strong> intent to Architect“Design A” subject to signing <strong>of</strong> MOU which is yet to be finalizedcontaining terms and conditions. His fee for the entireconsultancy work including getting the plans sanctioned <strong>till</strong> thecompletion <strong>of</strong> the project shall be an amount not exceeding1.45% <strong>of</strong> the cost <strong>of</strong> construction which may be fixed in lumpsumamount after fixing the cost <strong>of</strong> construction with thecontractor.2. The appointment <strong>of</strong> Mr. Ram Dass (Retired employee from Govt.<strong>of</strong> India) as Ad-hoc Accountant was also discussed and approvedby the Board. Accordingly the appointment letter may be issuedby the Hony. Secretary, w.e.f. 6 th March <strong>2008</strong> i.e. the day hestarted working in the society <strong>of</strong>fice.3. With permission <strong>of</strong> the Chair Mr. J.N.S. Tyagi proposed & Mr.Jasbir Singh Malik seconded the procuring additional land forSociety. This was unanimously approved by the Board In thisregard letters to the Authorities viz Hon’ble Lt. Governor Delhi,Vice- Chairman DDA, NOIDA Authority Noida, etc; may bewritten, requesting them to allot suitable land for construction <strong>of</strong>more flats to meet the needs <strong>of</strong> the remaining members <strong>of</strong> thesociety.S.C.BhatnagarC.E.O.
