Therefore,Mr. Ajay Jain is warned that he should not repeat this kind <strong>of</strong>irresponsible and misleading conduct or else the Society will beconstrained to take appropriate action against him.”Ms. <strong>Asha</strong> Jain Madan expressed her reservation above saidresolution stating that, he is also a member <strong>of</strong> the society andhas a right to express his views like any other member <strong>of</strong> thesociety. His request to consider a reduced instalment appears tobe bonafide and should be discussed only after verification <strong>of</strong>complete accounts <strong>of</strong> the society.It was also decided to circulate the extract <strong>of</strong> the relevantportion <strong>of</strong> the resolution to the members along with the demandletter <strong>of</strong> Rs. 85,000/-, so that the confusion created could beremoved.Agenda Item No. 5. S<strong>till</strong> reply from few members is awaited thoughsome members replied.
