Minutes <strong>of</strong> the emergent <strong>meeting</strong> <strong>of</strong> Board <strong>of</strong> Directors held on7.3.<strong>2008</strong> at 4.30 P.M.Proceedings: -Agenda Item No. 1 Minutes <strong>of</strong> Meeting held on 22.02.<strong>2008</strong> wereconfirmed.Agenda Item No. 2 Setting up a committee <strong>of</strong> pr<strong>of</strong>essionals to assistthe Board in appointment <strong>of</strong> Architect. It was resolved that weshould approach five Organizations/ Institutions like (1) School<strong>of</strong> Planning and Architecture (2) Indian Institute <strong>of</strong> Technology(3) RITES (4) NBCC and (5) CPWD. and request them to assistus in appointment <strong>of</strong> Architect.Agenda Item No. 3 It was resolved that Board shall meet onWednesday the 12.3.<strong>2008</strong> at 4.30 P.M. regarding scrutiny /interview from the proposal received from the Architects. Therest <strong>of</strong> the agenda will also be discussed and considered.Agenda Item no. 4 It was resolved that a Commiteee <strong>of</strong> Seven (7)members shall look into all the representations and grievancesreceived from members and give their findings. The Seven (7)members <strong>of</strong> the committee are (1) Mr. Praveen Kumar Singh (2)Mr. Ajay Jain (3) Mr. Jasbir Singh Malik (4) Mr. Ajay Garg (5) Mr.Rajeev Sharma (6) Mr. Subramonium Prasad (7) Mr. Babu BadriNath Chava as Secretary to coordinate.Agenda Item no. 5 It was resolved that visit to Noida Site is fixedon 17 th March <strong>2008</strong> at 3 P.M.Agenda Item No. 6 It was also resolved that in view <strong>of</strong> Ms. HemaSahu’s letter dt. 7.3.<strong>2008</strong> the matter was deferred. (Regd) was held on Wednesday the 12 th March<strong>2008</strong> in Arbitration Room No. 17 at 4.30 P.M.ProceedingsAs per the agenda circulated on 11 th March <strong>2008</strong> the Board wasonly to scrutinize the proposals received from the Architects inthis <strong>meeting</strong>.1. It was resolved that all the proposals received in this <strong>of</strong>fice bescrutinized by the directors. They shall also prepare their ownnotes against each Architect papers they go through. Thereafterthe entire Board will discuss each other’s notes before calling theArchitects for presentation / demo before the experts, assistingthe Board.2. CEO has been requested to make a compilation <strong>of</strong> all Architectsdocuments.
