Minutes <strong>of</strong> the deferred <strong>meeting</strong> held on 22.2.<strong>2008</strong> inCommittee Room <strong>of</strong> SCBA. at 5 PM.Proceedings: -1. It was resolved that the Advertisement inviting Architects tosubmit their proposals be published in classified cols, in twomain newspapers i.e. Times <strong>of</strong> India & Hindustan Times be sentto them by 23.2.<strong>2008</strong>.2. Deferred Item No. 10 <strong>of</strong> Agenda dt 1.2.<strong>2008</strong> regarding stolenCheques / illegal withdrawal <strong>of</strong> money from the society andsteps taken by the Court Administrator. “Resolved that the CourtAdministrator be requested to hand over the copies <strong>of</strong> alldocuments showing there in the steps taken by her. In themeanwhile we may also contact the Investigating Officer to giveus the latest position so that the society may also move theCourt for necessary orders to release the frozen money attachedby Investigating Officer.”3. It was further resolved to authorize Mr. Rajeev Sharma & Mr.Jasbir Malik may coordinate and obtain a complete records <strong>of</strong> thesociety’s case’s including certified copies.4. A letter received from Ms. Hema Sahu be placed in next Boards<strong>meeting</strong> copies <strong>of</strong> this letter were distributed to all the membersthere in the <strong>meeting</strong>.5.
