Mr. Rajeev Sharma ”Agenda Item No. 1 Discussed and unanimously confirmed the<strong>minutes</strong> <strong>of</strong> the Board Meeting dt. 17.03.2009.Agenda Item No. 2 Since no demand letter is received <strong>till</strong> <strong>date</strong> fromthe Noida Authority fixing / prescribing the cost <strong>of</strong> additionalFAR, & also considering the forthcoming summer vacation <strong>of</strong> theSupreme Court, the Board is <strong>of</strong> the opinion that, demand letterindicating the tentative cost <strong>of</strong> Rs. 1.67 Lacs be issued to themembers by fixing cut <strong>of</strong>f <strong>date</strong> by 20.05.2009 with a graceperiod <strong>of</strong> 7 days more, so that, the process <strong>of</strong> sanctioning <strong>of</strong> theplan can proceed, without further delay. Accordingly, it isresolved by the board that in order to avoid delay in sanctioning<strong>of</strong> plan, a letter be written to the members <strong>of</strong> the Noida Projectdemanding money towards additional FAR for Rs. 1.67 Lacs by20.05.2009.The said step is being taken to avoid the delay in sanctioning <strong>of</strong>the plans and the said letter is being issued in advance in theinterest <strong>of</strong> the housing project. At the same time it is madeclear, that in the meanwhile, if the demand letter is receivedfrom Noida Authority, members will be informed accordingly.Agenda Item No. 3 Pre Qualification documents as received wereopened in the Board Meeting and it is resolved that all 26 Pr<strong>of</strong>iles(27 Packets) be kept in the <strong>of</strong>fice in the original.
