Minutes <strong>of</strong> the emergent <strong>meeting</strong> dt 9 th July <strong>2008</strong> held inSociety’s <strong>of</strong>fice at 4.15 P.M. Chairman Mr. E.C.Agrawalapresided over the <strong>meeting</strong>.1. As per agenda item the building plans as submitted by ArchitectDesign ‘A’ were to be discussed. But the Architect brought twoadditional drawings / layout proposals, which were discussed bythe Board. It was decided that the inconclusive discussion wasfurther to be discussed in the deferred <strong>meeting</strong> to be held onSaturday the 12 th July <strong>2008</strong>.2. It was decided by the Board that the pending cases <strong>of</strong> Refund <strong>of</strong>Mr. Nikhil P, Mr. Hari Kishan Takkar & Mr. K. Doraisami. beexpeditiously disposed <strong>of</strong>.3. Board authorized Ms. <strong>Asha</strong> Jain Madan and Ms. Hema SahuDirectors to represent the Society, before the Court <strong>of</strong>Metropolitan, Magistrate Mr. Sanjay Bansal in Room No. 15 inConnection with “Society’s Cheques theft” Case on 17 th July<strong>2008</strong>.4. Other items <strong>of</strong> the agenda were deferred due to paucity <strong>of</strong> time.Next <strong>meeting</strong> was announced to be held on Saturday the 12 thJuly <strong>2008</strong>, for which no separate notice was to be sent.
