It was unanimously resolved afterconsidering all the Pre-qualification documents submitted by theinterested companies that the contractor should have undertakenconstruction <strong>of</strong> approx 10 storey Building & with a turnover <strong>of</strong>minimum Rs. 40 Crores and should have worked in N.C.R. andthereafter, preliminary short listing was done. Due to inadequateinformation in some <strong>of</strong> the Pr<strong>of</strong>iles, the Architect who was present inthe <strong>meeting</strong> was requested to gather required information and furnishit to the Board.It was also resolved by the board to visit the sites on 16 th & 17 th May2009, and to have further scrutiny on 19 th May 2009.Agenda Item No. 3 AGM fixed for Sunday the 19 th11A.M. at site place i.e. Sector-99, GH-4 & 5, Noida.July 2009 atAgenda Item No. 4 Only three more entries from the bank are to bereconciled.
