It may also be pertinentto mention here that Mr. Ajay Jain has never aired the saidgrievances before the Board at any point <strong>of</strong> time and had neverinitiated or contributed in the progress/activities <strong>of</strong> the Board.Keeping in view <strong>of</strong> the aforesaid facts and circumstances, theletter <strong>date</strong>d 2.2.2009 as written by Mr. Ajay Jain deserves to becondemned as he has misled the members <strong>of</strong> the Society andworked against the interest <strong>of</strong> the society’s members. Therefore,Mr. Ajay Jain is warned that he should not repeat this kind <strong>of</strong>irresponsible and misleading conduct or else the Society will beconstrained to take appropriate action against him.”Ms. <strong>Asha</strong> Jain Madan expressed her reservation above saidresolution stating that, he is also a member <strong>of</strong> the society andhas a right to express his views like any other member <strong>of</strong> thesociety. His request to consider a reduced instalment appears tobe bonafide and should be discussed only after verification <strong>of</strong>complete accounts <strong>of</strong> the society.It was also decided to circulate the extract <strong>of</strong> the relevantportion <strong>of</strong> the resolution to the members along with the demandletter <strong>of</strong> Rs. 85,000/-, so that the confusion created could beremoved.Agenda Item No. 5.
