EXT556H Compound Turbomolecular <strong>Vacuum</strong> Pump2Page62The EXT556H incorporates our hybrid bearing and enhanced molecular drag pumpingtechnologies with turbopump stages on a single rotor. It is an 80V pump and therefore mustbe used with an EXC300 controller. The EXC300 is a fully featured controller with a userpanel, backing pump relay and bake-out band control. It is rack mountable and can poweran air cooler and control a vent valve as well as the turbopump.A basic pump system would require an EXT556H pump, an EXC300 controller, a pump tocontroller cable, either an air or water cooler accessory, and a suitable backing pump.DimensionsPerformance Curves1.
