APPENDIX ETROUBLESHOOTING WITH THECRYOTHERAPY SYSTEM 1This section is intended to guide the user in troubleshooting problemscommonly encountered when using the Model LL100 cryotherapysystem 2 (Wallach Surgical Devices, Inc.). Table E-1 describes signs oftrouble, explains the cause of each, and indicates an appropriate followupaction aimed at resolving the problem.Note: Solving some of the problems covered in this section requires theknowledge/skills of a technician trained in basic repairs andmaintenance of the cryotherapy system (which is beyond the scope ofthis manual). In such cases, whether it is better to repair the unit onsite, return it to the manufacturer for repairs, or replace the system altogetherdepends on the resources available at a given site.Table E-1.
