If thelump is smooth or rubbery and moves under the skin when you pushit with your fingers, do not worry about it. But if it is hard, has anuneven shape and is painless, especially if the lump is in only onebreast and does not move even when you push it, you should report itto your healthcare provider. If your breasts are usually lumpy, you should note how many lumpsyou feel and their locations.
