CASS MessagesCASS304E — xxxxx NO OR INVALID SRTCORE CALLReason:If xxxxx indicates INIT, there was insufficient storage available to load theCA-SRAM error processing routine.If xxxxx indicates a work file name, the cause of the error could be any of thefollowing:• A SRTCORE call was not issued for a PL/I or FORTRAN program.• Only one parameter was pointed to in a SRTCORE call from a PL/I orFORTRAN program. Both the name of a storage area within the programand a length must be specified when using CA-SRAM from these languages.• The area of storage specified in the SRTCORE call extends beyond thehighest address available in the partition.Action:If xxxxx indicates INIT, increase the value specified in the SORTCORE call andrecompile the program.If xxxxx indicates a work file name, make sure that:• A SORTCORE call was issued from a PL/I or FORTRAN program• Both the name of a storage area within the program and the length isspecified when using CA-SRAM from these languages. The length of thisarea should equal the sum of the storage requirements for all simultaneouslyactive sorts, plus a reserve of 3-5K.• The area of storage specified in the call does not extend beyond the highestaddress in the partition.CASS307E — INVALID STORAGE PARAMETERReason:The storage parameter provided in 'SRTCORE' call is incorrect.Action:Check this parameter for any coding errors.7–10 Message Guide
