The maximum lot coverage within the CEA 2 shall notexceed fifteen percent (15%) of the lot area except that agriculturaloperations are not subject to this requirement.3. Within the CEA 3:a. Lot coverage. The maximum lot coverage within the CEA 3 shall notexceed fifteen percent (15%) of the lot area except that agriculturaloperations are not subject to this requirement.b. No seismic testing using any type of blasting shall be allowed.G. Standards for Individual UsesThe following standards for individual uses subject to Special Use Permits to beconsidered under the provisions of this Local Law include, but are not limited to, thefollowing:1. Home Occupation. A home occupation may be approved only if it complies withthe following:a. One sign as is permitted under this Local Law. Outdoor display of itemsproduced by such Home Occupation shall be subject to approval andregulation by the Joint Joint Planning Board. Request for permission todisplay items shall be made when applying for Special Use Permit.b. Such use is clearly incidental and secondary to the use of the premises forresidential purposes and further provided that such use shall not occupy orutilize in excess of twenty (20) percent of the gross floor area of the dwellingunit and its accessory buildings.c. Off-street parking shall be provided for all clients, customers, or patients inthe side or rear yard. Such off-street parking shall be located at least ten (10)feet from any side or rear property line, shall be paved, screened or fenced asdirected by the Board, and shall be so lighted that there will be no direct lightinto adjacent properties or streets.d. More than one home occupation may be permitted on a single lot. A separateSpecial Use Permit shall be required for each permitted Home Occupation.39
