Town of Sharon Zoning Law1. Whether mining is permitted in the location indicated on the MLRLpermit application.2. The appropriate setbacks from roads and property boundaries.3. The location and design of barriers to restrict access to the mine.4. Dust control measures.5. Hours of operation.6. Any other issue as may be referenced in and appropriate under the MLRL.e. Application Requirements for Small and Large Mines: Applications for aspecial use permit shall show the following:1. The full names, signatures and addresses of the owner, lessee, operatorand applicant and the written consent of the mortgagee, if any.2. Proof of ownership of the property and the names and addresses of allparties having an interest in any entity involved as the owner or operatorof the site, such as a limited liability company, corporation or limitedpartnership which owns or has an interest in the property. If the property isowned in whole or in part by a corporation or limited liability company,the applicant shall provide the names and addresses of all officers, stockshareholders or members of each entity.3. Description of proposed operations. A statement clearly detailing thenature and extent of operations, including the type and amount of materialto be filled, re-graded or removed, the manner in which it will beaccomplished, the proposed hours of operation, and a time schedule forthe completion of the various stages of the operation.4. Site Plan Map. A Site Plan map drawn to scale, prepared by an engineeror surveyor licensed to practice in the State of New York, showing allimprovements on the property as well as the proposed area for mining andother improvements to be constructed in connection with the miningoperation.5. Boundaries of property. The boundaries of property where the excavationis proposed and the area to be excavated, filled or re-graded.46
