In issuing the Special Use Permit approval for a Kennel, the Joint PlanningBoard shall stipulate the maximum number and type of animals to be boarded,harbored or trained.h. All animals being boarded, harbored or trained in a kennel facility shall beconfined indoors during hours of darkness.16. Bed and Breakfasts: Any such use shall be considered by the Joint PlanningBoard according to the following:a. The appropriateness of the use in its proposed location relative to the R-Hdistrict classification and to surrounding uses or open-space characteristics.b. The amount of land involved, the number of occupants and the size andsophistication of accommodations to be provided as these pertain to theintensity of the use and the ability of the land and the character of thesurrounding areas to accommodate it within the intent of the R-H zoningdistrict.c. Adequate access, egress and parking accommodations including at least one(1) parking space per rental unit.d. A minimum of two rental units.e. Lighting, signing and landscaping shall be as otherwise required this LocalLaw and in accord with any additional provisions the Joint Planning Boardmay stipulate.17. Telecommunications Facilities:a. A telecommunication facility shall be allowed in any district subject to theissuance of a special permit and site plan approval by the Joint PlanningBoard.b. Telecommunication facilities proposed for co-location on a previouslyapproved facility shall not require a special permit but shall require site planapproval by the Joint Planning Board and the issuance of a building permit bythe Enforcement Officer. Facilities proposed to be located on an existingstructure or at a location not previously approved for such a facility shallrequire a special permit as well as site plan approval.c. For each telecommunication facility requiring only a building permit and siteplan approval the applicant shall submit a written application for a buildingpermit together with materials and documentation listed below with theexceptions of 1.) & 2.).52
