ARTICLE VIDEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS FOR RESIDENTIAL, BUSINESSAND INDUSTRIAL USESSection 600: Development Regulations for Any Single or Two FamilyResidential Uses600.1: Stormwater ManagementAdequate storm drainage facilities shall be installed to ensure that stormwater does notflow onto abutting property, sidewalks or streets in such quantities as to cause detrimentaleffect or inconvenience. Maximum rates of stormwater runoff from the property afterdevelopment shall not be greater than as existed prior to the development.600.2: Parking and Loading RegulationsSubject to the provisions of Article VIII.600.3: Sign RegulationsSubject to the provisions of Article VII.Section 601: Development Regulations for Any Multi-Family ResidentialUsesMultiple-Family Dwellings, subject to the following conditions and as approved by the<strong>Township</strong> Board of Supervisors.(1) Application Requirements - All applicants for building permits for multiple-familyresidential development shall make application in writing, at a regularly scheduledmeeting of the <strong>Township</strong> Supervisors. The application form shall be accompanied bythe necessary supporting documentation as specified in item #2 following.(2) Plan Requirements -(a)Site Development Plan - The Developer shall submit four (4) copies of adetailed site plan as prepared by a registered professional engineer, architect orlandscape architect showing the development proposal in conformance with allapplicable provisions of this <strong>Ordinance</strong>. Plans shall be prepared at a scale of 1"= 50' or larger.32
