Hotel. A facility offering transient lodging accommodations to the general public andoffering additional services such as restaurants, meeting rooms and recreation facilities.Housing Unit. Same as Dwelling Unit.Institutional Home. A building used for health or welfare purposes by a private or non-profitorganization.Junk. Any worn, cast off, or discarded articles or material which is ready for destruction orwhich has been collected or stored for sale, resale, salvage or conversion to some other use.Any such article or material which is stored on a farm for exclusive use of the owner oroccupant of the farm or any article or material which, unaltered, not needed to be dissembledor unfastened from, or unchanged and without further reconditioning can be used for itsoriginal purpose as readily as when new shall not be considered junk.Junk Yard.
