Selecting a ProgramMANUALINTERVALVARIETYPROGRAMSHEARTRATEWEIGHT LOSSPERFORMANCE1. While the <strong>Precor</strong> banner scrolls, continually press one ofthe PROGRAMS keys to review its list of programs.Choose the program you want, and then press OK. For adescription of each program, refer to Programs.Note: After pressing a PROGRAMS key, you can alsoscroll through the list of programs by pressing thenavigational arrow keys.2. A workout time blinks in the center display. Use thenavigational arrow keys or the number keys to adjust theminutes (1—240 and NO LIMIT) and then press OK.Note: To review the NO LIMIT option or to adjust yourworkout time using the TIME+/- key while exercising,refer to Changing the Workout Time.3. Enter your weight (1—999) and then your age (1—99).Note: To change a value (program, workout time, weight,or age) that you have already entered press PAUSE/RESET to return to the <strong>Precor</strong> banner. Select a programand reenter the appropriate values.4. Hold onto a handrail and straddle the running belt.5. Enter the safety code by pressing: 1, 2, 3, 4.An asterisk appears on the display with each entry.A 3-second countdown appears on the display, and thenthe running belt starts moving.6. Step on to the running belt with the speed at or below1 mph or 1 kph and begin exercising.
