Recording Your Personal Best TimeThe distance programs (5K, 10K, One Mile, Two Mile) recordyour personal best time when you select a user ID andcomplete the program.During your exercise session, the distance traveled is beingrecorded whether or not the program goal is time, distance,or calories. If you transfer to a distance program andcomplete it, your personal best time indicates the cumulativeworkout time regardless of how many mid-session transfersmay have occurred. Upon program completion, one of thefollowing messages scrolls across the display as you beginthe cool-down period.NEW PERSONAL BEST displays your best time.MISSED PERSONAL BEST displays the amount of timerequired to meet or surpassyour personal best time.SAME PERSONAL BEST indicates that you met andmaintained your personalbest record.Note: Your personal best time appears in minutes andseconds unless you surpass 60 minutes.
