CHASSIS 7-24◉ INSPECTION AND DISASSEMBLY▣ FRONT SHOCK ABSORBERInspect the shock absorber for oil leakage or damage.If any damages are found, replace the frontshock absorber with a new one.Inspect the bearings, spacers and dust seal for wearor damage.If any damages are found, replace the shockabsorber with a new one.CAUTIONDo not attempt to disassemble the front shockabsorber. It is unserviceable.▣ KNUCKLEInspect the knuckle for damage. If any damages arefound, replace the knuckle with a new one.▣ KNUCKLE ENDInspect the knuckle end boot for wear or damage.If any damages are found, replace the knuckle endwith a new one.Inspect the knuckle end for smooth movement. Ifthere are any abnormalities, replace the knuckle endwith a new one.▣ SUSPENSION ARMInspect the suspension arm for wear or damage. Ifany damages are found, replace the suspension armwith a new one.
