Utah (Student) –o Current Scheduling\Course Master - The field for College Granting Credithas been updated to have an EEL to display valid codes and check forinvalid entries.o Data Clearinghouse - The Data Clearinghouse extract has been updatedto pull a student’s actual Course Membership Exit Date instead of usingCount date to determine the Course Membership Exit Date.o Special Education - Special Ed tab validation for PK students has beenupdated to be based on the student’s age as of the Special Ed End dateor today, whichever is earlier. If the age is 6 or older, the process usesK12 validation. If the age is less than 6, the process uses PK validation. Washington (Business) –o Account Management - The General Input Transfer Entries screen hadthe Transfer Out and Transfer In columns reversed under the Quick Addoption. This has been corrected.o Data Validation Report - The data validation process has been correctedso that any error messages or warnings that are generated foremployees will also generate for vacant assignments.o Salary Negotiations\Generate Plan Detail - The workers' compensationcalculations will now use the hours on the assignment to get the correctvalue. Washington (Student) –o Academic History Report - The Academic History Report has beenupdated to handle Processing Lists correctly.
ooooCurrent Scheduling\Course Master - The CIP Code system table has beenupdated to include code 140501 (Bioengineering & BiomedicalEngineering).Limited English Proficiency - The LEP screen has been updated to displaycorrectly 2-character Grade Level at Placement values on Macs.Mass Update Student Educational Milestones from Test Scores - StudentEducational Milestones have been updated. Students with a base GradYear of 2015+ are no longer required to meet 2 Math assessments.Transcript Reports - The WA transcript and associated reports have beenupdated for new requirements.Federal Reporting (Student):o Food Service\Verification Summary Report - The report has beenupdated to count a Foster Application separately if it does not have thesame Lunch Code and Application Number or Case Number as thestudent's immediate family members.Business Management:o Account Management\General Inputs\Cash Receipts - The WIP Errorcolumn is meant as an indicator to tell the user that the credits do notequal the debits in the batch. This does not apply to cash receiptsbecause the offsetting account is the bank specified in the details.o Employee\Employee Profile\Name - Editing Name Information tab datano longer causes the Name Key value to change for name key valuesthat do not end in 000.o Employee Access\Time Off - Previously, top level Org Chart approverswere not seeing Time Off requests awaiting lower level approval.
