Texas (Student) –o Attendance - The Optional Flexible School Day Program sort date is nowfilled in on EA+ Attendance screens. In Office, Attendance, OFSDP, therecords are also sorted in the correct order.o Grading\Transcript - Attempting to print students who have no historicalgrades or current year grades will produce a transcript indicating nostudents are available.o PEIMS –• 163 Special Education Record - Edit 16394 no longer considersblank Dist of RDSPD for the Edit report.• A new PEIMS 090 record checkbox has been added for TX CECEAway courses.• CECE Home courses will now include number of student countsaccurately for Away Students.• Leavers will no longer pull a Homeless indicator on the 100 recordfor PEIMS.• PEIMS 090 processing will ignore Inactive classes if there are noteacher transactions associated with them.• The PEIMS update provided by TEA on 11/01 has been made forEdit 11015.• The Pre-PEIMS and PEIMS processes have been updated to pullthe Campus ID of Residence field correctly. Also, the relatedreports have been updated to show more text for error messages.• The Student Attribution code of 12 will pull if the student is not aLeaver.o Product Setup –• An End Year of 2011 has been added to Service ID "03241401-Media Literacy-Speech."• Codes - CT19 codes 2 and 3 have been added back for 2014.o Reports –• CTE Fall Roster - The CTE Fall Roster Report no longer generateserrors.• PK Enrollment Verification - The PK Enrollment Verification reporthas been updated to pull Military Connected Student and FosterCare field values from new NCLB-2 locations. Utah (Student) –oData Clearinghouse - The following validations have been implemented:- Validation in Immigrant Status maintenance to force earliestImmigrant record start date to be before student's earliest EW EntryDate.- Validation for ELL Instruction type on LEP maintenance screen.o Discipline –• Discipline validations have been updated to allow a SuspensionType of none.• The Parent Notified field has been added to the Victim screen. Washington (Business) –oSalary Negotiations - The Workers Compensation calculation has beenupdated to account for Assignments that have different hours than theCalendar default.o S-275 Report –• A check was added to determine whether a plan was selected. Ifa plan has been selected, the system will validate the plan and
add it to the plan list. If the plan was not selected, the system willmove to the next plan on the list.• Programs 21 & 22 with Grade Groups “P” are now producing Error70 correctly. Washington (Student) –o Current Scheduling - Adjacent Teacher Transactions are now adjustedproperly when modifying the Start and/or End Date of another TeacherTransaction.o Grading - The WA Transcript and Academic History Report have beenupdated to use Viper instead of Print Engine.o Online Enrollment\Enrollment Application Processing - NSOE has beenupdated with several WA-specific fields, including Federal/State Ethnicityand State Race.o P-223 Monthly School District Enrollment - The menu option for the P-223 Monthly School District Enrollment Report has been updated todisplay a menu path indicator of DE instead of ME. Wisconsin (Student) –o Other Exports\Post Graduation Intentions - The Post Graduation Follow-Up export has been updated to save and display selected GraduationCodes properly.Federal Reporting (Student):o Food Service - The Foster flag is now editable on applications.Note: When Foster is enabled, family cloning during record maintenance(Application/Customer Control Records) and the clone application buttonare removed. Because the SSN field is not required for Fosterapplications, any cloning of the application would fail the SSN validationif the SSN wasn’t entered for the non-foster applications.Business Management:oEmployee\Employee Profile - The Profile delete process has beenupdated to show user processing is taking place and to refresh toanother employee.o Employee Management –• Calendar Event Dates - Browse details have been added to theCalendar Event Dates to show the calendars to which they areattached. A report has been added to list the calendar eventinformation with attached calendar information, if selected.• Calendar Event Dates - Radio buttons have been added for NewDay and Original Day to keep the hours the same or reset themto the defaults.• Calendar Event Dates - Users now have the capability to AddCalendar Event Date from Calendar Day maintenance. MultipleCalendar Events can have the same date.• Plan Calendar Cycle - Users now have the capability to selectwhich calendar event dates to roll with cloning a calendar or PlanCalendar Cycle.• Utilities - Add/Delete radio buttons have been added to theCalendar Event Mass Change process.• Utilities - Capability has been added to update recurring days inthe Mass Change Calendar Days utility. Also, users now have thecapability to update date ranges.oTime Off\Time Off Limited Access - The EEL has been updated to preventan instance where the Code type would not be filled in.
