A modification allows usersto enter individual Staff Student Course template records. Exporthas been updated to pull the created Staff Student Coursetemplate records.• The PIMS ESL Course Codes have been updated for the 2013-14school year.• The PIMS Special Ed Update/Year End collection has beenmodified to handle students who exit the district and Special Edon the same day. A student is considered to have left the districtif he/she has the state withdrawal code of W3, W5, W4, W6, W7,W8, W9, W9A, W9B, W10, W11, W12, W13, W16A, or W16B. Rhode Island (Student) –o Rhode Island State Reporting –• The TCS Staff Template has been added for eRide.• The TCS Student template has been added for eRide.o Student Profile Tabs\Discipline - An EEL has been created for thefollowing Discipline records:- Infraction codes- Discipline codes- Weapon on the offense record- Physical injury on the offense record South Dakota (Business) –o South Dakota State Reporting – The PRF reporting extract has beenupdated to get information from the Student area for teachers. For eachteacher, along with attendance center number and assignment code, theStudent extract provides the number of classes and quarter andtrimester field data. Also, as part of this, since the Student area isproviding the quarter and trimester data, those fields were removedfrom the Extract parameters screen. South Dakota (Student) –o South Dakota State Reporting – 178 new state Course codes have beenadded for elementary and middle school grade levels. Tennessee (Business) –o Retirement\TCRS Report - The report has been corrected to display theright percentages for all departments. Tennessee (Student) –o EIS - The Resend EIS Data process has been updated to include LocalClass Number ranges for the 030, 031, 048, and 063 records. Texas (Business) –o PEIMS - The Human Resources PEIMS export for Submission 1 nowallows merging of the Student PEIMS 102 records.
Texas (Student) –o Current Scheduling\Reports - The College Credit Hours value is nowavailable on the Course Report by Course.o PEIMS - PEIMS 2014 updates have been added to the system.o SkyBuild - The following updates were made to the TX eSped SpecialEducation SkyBuild Import (Format B):1. When new Programs and Related Services are submitted in thefile, the import will now end previous year Programs and RelatedServices records.2. When Speech has an indicator of zero (0), the record is no longercreated.3. When the student has a PPCD Service, the PPCD program locationwill now be linked to that Service.4. Changes in Programs and Related Services will not create a newSpecial Ed IEP record. It will, instead, update existing Programsand Related Services records for the current year.o Student Profile Tabs\Special Programs - The Military Connected Codedescriptions have been updated to be more visible in the display. Utah (Student) –o Data Clearinghouse –• Clearinghouse extracts for LEP have been updated as follows:1. Added Served and ELL Instructional Type field to ALS/LEPmaintenance.2. Updated Bilingual Programs to be a local code crosswalkedto a state code of O or T.3. Updated LEP Beginning Level/Proficiency Level to not haveO and T as valid values.4. Created an LEP Data conversion to be run through the Fixprograms area.5. Updated Data Clearinghouse LEP values based on changesto LEP Data entry.• College Grading Credits <strong>System</strong> Table codes have been added tobe used for data entry validation for the College Grading Creditsfield on the Course Master.• Data Clearinghouse has been updated to pull the Tribal Affiliationfield correctly from the Ancestry field when the MultiRace/Ancestry option is turned off.• Special Ed date entry validations have been added for DataClearinghouse. An environment system table has been added toforce use of valid codes for PK and K-12. The Regular Percentfield must be blank for PK students and not blank for K-12students.• The ZIP Code and ELL Native Language validations have beenupdated to the Data Clearinghouse extract. Washington (Business) –o Budget Status Descriptions - The Budget Status report has beenmodified to show the correct state description or local description basedon the year the user selected to report on.o S-275 Report - The S-275 has been updated for 2013-2014 as outlinedin the specifications provided by WSIPC:- Added Program 22 and 25 for special education certificatedinstructional staff.- Add Program codes 13, 21, 23, 51, 52, 53, 54, 58 to EDSDS.- Updated S-275 and Mix Factor for the new grade combinations.
