Note thatan address will never wrap in the middle of a street name.o BETA: Family Access –• General Information - Each entity can now decide which otherentities can be viewed in the new Family Access School Directory.• The Framework now handles tooltips properly that are near theend of the area where the content and tooltip is displayed.oFee Management - Validation has been added for the Payment Date field,making it a required field.o Food Service –• Payor Customer Maintenance\Payors - The Application Entryprocess has been changed so it no longer updates customers whoare either Staff or are currently assigned a lunch code that has atype of "Adult."• Payor Customer Maintenance\Payors - The Change Lunch Code byApplication Date utility will now create a new application recordwhen changing a lunch code.• Pseudo Applications - An entity filter and Application Info browsedetail have been added for Pseudo Applications to align withfederal requirements.• Pseudo Applications - The Pseudo Application wizard now displaysvalidation in View mode. Status can be changed manually.• Users can now create denied applications based on incompletePseudo Applications.• Reports\Cash Receipt Auditor Report - The report has beenupdated to look at the Lunch Code Type to determine whether thepurchase is for an adult rather than checking whether the LunchCode is "A," which is not always valid.• Year End - Food Service Year End now deletes Pseudo Applicationdetail records appropriately. Verification and the Remove Prior Year record utility from workingcorrectly.o Grading\District Report Cards - The Enhanced (Viper) District ReportCard now translates courses properly.o Response to Intervention - Custom form data will now wrap if it exceedsone line.o SkyBuild –• Errors that occur during the Import process are now being writtento the export location correctly.• Locker combinations are being correctly overwritten during importthrough SkyBuild.• The Grad Req Base Year will now fill in correctly when beingimported through SkyBuild or Data Administration.o Special Education\Custom Forms Tab - Display of Special Educationcustom forms has been corrected so they will not be listed more thanonce per form when set up as "Multiple forms per student" and set todisplay as "New to Old."oSkyPort:oStudent Profile Tabs – When adding a student, whether clicking Save andAdd Family or Finish, the FS-CUST record will be created along withother student records and will commit its changes after the STUDENTrecord.o Students –• Emergency Contact - If Relationship is blank for an EmergencyContact, it will display as blank on the Emergency Contactsscreen.• Online Enrollment\Enrollment Application Processing - Ajavascript issue has been resolved, and Parent and EmergencyContact information now displays correctly when using IE8.• Online Enrollment\Online Enrollment Users - Advanced CustomForms and Custom Html Forms will now print correctly from NewStudent Online Enrollment.• Online Enrollment\Online Enrollment Users - Forms with singleand multiple Custom screens will now print from New StudentOnline Enrollment.Widgets - The Notifications widget has been updated to expand properlyso the user has the capability to select the "Mark as Read" option.Addendum5:Framework Maintenance:o An update made in Addendum4 resulted in the New Window icon notfunctioning properly from some locations.
