• Custom Forms Setup - Proper security is now checked forAdvanced Custom Forms under the Student Info screen.• Online Enrollment - Custom Forms can now be marked asrequired, which forces the user to save them in order to completethe step. Custom Forms not marked as required still only need tobe viewed in order to complete the step.• Online Enrollment - Student logins are now created correctly fromNew Student Online Enrollment.• Utilities\Mass Assign Transportation Category - The Mass AssignTransportation utility has been updated to process studentscorrectly when they have been individually selected and the utilityis run in entity 000.Framework Maintenance:o A description containing an ampersand now displays correctly in EELfields.o Brackets now display correctly in an EEL description.Mobile:oooFamily Access - If an assignment is unscored in mobile Gradebook, theassignment score will display as an asterisk (*) instead of a 0.Student Access - In mobile Schedule, the classes display properly basedon which class meets are set to appear on the schedule.Student Information - Saved students can now be viewed even if theyare inactive.Product Setup:o Skyward Contact Access –• Batch Lock Monitor - The Batch Locks browse will now display upto 500 records.• Security - After the option to "Use Case-Sensitive Passwords" isturned on, all users will be forced to re-enter their passwords thenext time they log in to confirm the password is in the correctcase.• SkyPort Setup\District Advertising Setup - URL's for district adsare now changed from http to https automatically to preventmixed content errors.• System Table Load History - The control file for addendumsystem table loads was released too early in Addendum1. So allAddendum2 tables will be reloaded nightly until Addendum 3 ismade available. Otherwise, sites will not have the updated datafrom Addendum2 for some tables. This change will be undonewhen Addendum3 is released.oStudent Management\Entity Year Setup - An issue has been correctedthat was causing the overwrite option on some sub-areas of the entityclone to affect other sub-areas.o Task Manager –• FIN/HR Tasks - Security Groups will now open as expected whenthe Reference Program points to Security Groups.• Student Tasks - Reference Program buttons have been modifiedto work for the Student Health Profile.• Student Tasks - The Student Task Audit pop-up screen has beenrelabeled to remove references to Requisitions.• Student Data Mining reports that are assigned to the task willnow display in the Process Where Used tab.
System Administration:o District Print Queue –• Print queue reports now work correctly when scheduled at theexact same time by the same user.• Viper reports now run faster and more consistently, particularlywhen posting a large number of report cards to Portfolio.Addendum1:State-Specific Changes For: Florida (Business) –o Employee\Reports - Sorting options were added to the Qualification Syncwith Student report in the Human Resources software.o FastTrack\Open Applications - The new Florida Public Record Exemptionreasons have been added to the FastTrack screens.o Other Exports\Sunshine Connections - The check of survey demographicedit 1N has been removed when running Sunshine Connectionsexception checking.o Surveys - The survey format for Payroll Information has new SalaryAdjustments fields. These will be extracted similarly to the wayAdditional Compensation is done, except the values are directly on thePayroll Information records instead of a separate format record.The Contract Status field extraction and new edits are also included.o Time Off\Reports - When an employee has a split account distribution onthe historical Time Off record, the Accumulated Sick/Vacation LeaveReport is now capturing the data correctly. Florida (Student) –oIdentification Number Settings - The Other ID Auto-Fill now workscorrectly when the last Other ID contains a character.o Other Exports –• EOC - Updates have been made to the Fall EOC Pre-ID Export,which was added under PR 2074242 (also released in addendum8). The Fall EOC Export was updated to not validate againstselected year courses when determining which students to pull.• FCAT - The Fall 2013 FCAT Reading Retakes Pre-ID logic has beenupdated to include 10th grade students only if they previouslytook the FC2 test and didn't pass.oStudent Profile Tabs\Transcript - Logic for Algebra 1 as pass/fail hasbeen restored to the software.o WDIS –• Edit #27 on the WDIS Student Course Format has been updatedto now allow the value of Z with Cost Reporting codes of 401-405and 409 excluding Voc Program 9900099.• The Adult Student Course Format has been updated to pull zeroesfor Date of Exit, Program/Course/Section during Survey G and X.Code "Z" is no longer a valid value for Date of Entry/Exit (AdultStu Course Edit #18) so fields will no longer default to a "Z."• The WDIS Window F extract logic has been updated to also lookfor prior year calendars and courses that took place during theSurvey F reporting window instead of looking at just the currentyear courses for which the extract is being run.
