o BETA: Family Access\General Information –• Calendar - Messages now display on the correct dates on theFamily Access Calendar.• Student Information - Guardians can now view the entire dialogto upload Profile pictures in new Family Access.o Food Service –• Payor/Customer Maintenance\Utilities - The Generate CustomerKey Pad Numbers utility now processes without errors.• Payor/Customer Maintenance\Verification Letters - A Letter Sentparameter has been added. If checked, the process filters outrecipients to whom letters have already been sent.• Purchases\Point of Sale - Key Pad Number maintenance capabilityhas been added to POS. Also, an infinite loop was fixed in theMass Generate Key Pad utility.oGrading\Custom District Report Cards - District logos are now displayingon the report cards in the Portfolio.o SkyBuild –• Only one new line will be added to Food Service when a PCSimport is run.• The PCS Import no longer creates duplicate 1/1/1900 records.Framework Maintenance:o Support has been added for Internet Explorer 11.Addendum6:State-Specific Changes For: Florida (Business) –oRetirement - The Secure Address Indicator, Mandatory ORP Indicator,and Email fields have been added to the Florida Retirement file. Thesefields have also been added to the extract process and maintenancescreens.o Surveys –• A new utility to update Payroll Information format survey recordsis now available on the main Survey menu tree. The utility goesthrough the existing Payroll information records in the latestunsubmitted version and updates the salary adjustment type andvalues field (1-5 as needed). It allows updates of salaryadjustment types D, E, and F (alternatively, C).D - Salary adjustment for salary schedule step: This isdetermined by finding EM assignments (using plans in extractparameters) with job codes that match the Payroll information jobcodes. The matrix code, lane and step of the assignment areused to find a previous placement tracker with the same matrixcode and lane, and the step difference between them. (Ifmultiple assignments are found with different values or noprevious placement tracker is found, an exception is reported.)That step difference is then used to find the dollar amountdifference for the matrix code and lane. The dollar amount isthen also adjusted based on the Payroll information’s job codeFTE.E - Advanced degree adjustment: Based on the Payrollinformation record’s Salary Schedule Pay Type field value, a dollaramount is assigned.F - Salary adjustment based on COLA or something else: Notethere is an option to report this as type C, instead of F, using this
same logic. This is determined by again finding an EMassignment (like type D) for the Payroll information records andusing the assignment’s matrix code, lane, and step from thatassignment to find the matrix cell value. Then using theparameter’s cross reference for current/prior year matrix codes,the cell value on the prior year matrix using the same lane andstep is found. The amount difference between the cells isreported, after adjustment using the Payroll information job codeFTE.• Previously, when modifying Payroll Information records, userswere receiving the message, "The action you specified could notbe completed, please try again." The Save process now worksproperly without generating an error message. Florida (Student) –o Busing - The Bus Ridership Attendance report has been updated todisplay dates correctly.o Discipline - Discipline Referral Offense Dates can no longer be massupdated incorrectly to all have the same date when editing a referral inStudent Management. In addition, a fix utility was created to restoreReferral Offense Dates for affected users.o F.A.S.T.E.R. - The FASTER transcript logic has been updated to no longerprint CTE Program Completion information for courses when the studentdid not earn credit in the course and the course has been dropped.o Other Exports\FCAT Pre-ID Data - All of the Pre-ID Export processeshave been updated to pull the student's primary exceptionality correctlyfrom the most recent IEP when the modified ESE method is used.o Special Education - Display of the 60-Day Exception descriptions hasbeen corrected in the browse detail.o Surveys –• The Certificate of Completion Type, Diploma Type, and Onlinecourse Exempt codes have been updated.• The State-Defined Codes Table, "FL-COURSE-ELL," has beenupdated with the changes from Appendix DD. Idaho (Business) –o Retirement Processing - If an employee has a retirement benefit that isset up as a PERSI Retired benefit, the Build process will create only atype 06 detail record for that employee. Illinois (Student) –o Student Profile Tabs\Special Programs - The Homeless maintenancescreen has been updated to default the Start/End School Year fieldscorrectly based on their corresponding date values. Indiana (Student) –o Other Exports –• DOE-CC - The DOE-CC process has been updated so that if acourse is marked as 3 (Course Completion Status) and the CourseGrade is blank, then the HS Credits Earned will pull as 0.00.• DOE-HB - The DOE-HB process has been updated to handle gradecalculation correctly based on HB start date and also allowindividual entities to be pulled.• DOE-ME - The NCLB-2/ADM Type maintenance screen has beenupdated so that when the ADM Type is 6, the instructional
