• The validation for Subject and Building numbers has beenremoved so the data can be imported into the LPR file. As aresult, the imported Subject and Building numbers no longer needto have a matching state code on an assignment or building coderecord. Kansas (Student) –o Data Mining –• Kansas Homeless Residence code 5 can now be filtered correctlyin Data Mining.• The Homeless Residence options are now correct in Data Miningfor KS.• When printing the LEP Program Participation field in Data Mining,the description now prints correctly when the code is set to 4.o KAN-DIS - Any CRLFs in comments have been removed so that extralines are not generated.o KIDS - STCO has been updated to pull correct Sequences for the KCC ID. Michigan (Student) –o Attendance\Utilities - The state-specific fields for Duration and Day Typehave been added to the Mass Change Calendar Days for MultipleCalendars utility.o Data Mining - The Direct and Indirect weekly times have been updated todisplay correctly as hours and then minutes instead of minutes beforehours.o SkyBuild - Additional fields have been added to SkyBuild in the areas ofEasyIEP and Illuminate.o Special Education - A new field called Initial IEP Completion Date hasbeen added to the Special Education evaluation screen. The Part CTransition heading on the IEP maintenance screen was also changed tothe heading of "Part B Referral." Minnesota (Business) –o Retirement Processing - When adding an employee's TRA demographicrecord on the Web Profile, the employee will no longer be flaggedincorrectly as a Vendor in TRA Retirement Processing.o STAR - The updated STAR Assignment Codes file for 2013-14, namedCCSTAR14.txt, has been included in the addendum release and isavailable in the dbdsend folder. Minnesota (Student) –o MARSS - The MARSS processes have been updated to no longer displaythe Gen Asst Med Care Opt Out and Suppl Ed Serv fields. Also, theexport file has been updated to have these fields pull as fillers in the file.o MCCC - The MCCC Extract has been updated to validate InstructionMethods correctly. New Jersey (Student) –o Special Education\Medicaid Consent - The capability has been added totrack Medicaid consent. PR 2019762 will update Data Mining fields. New Mexico (Business) –o STARS - The Position selection screen on the STARS Extract has beencorrected so after removing a checkbox selection and saving, theposition is removed from the list of selections.
New Mexico (Student) –o STARS - The Indicator fields for the STARS Course Instructor templatehave been added to the Curriculum Master. Also, the Mass ChangeCurriculum Master Fields utility has been updated to include these fields. Pennsylvania (Business) –o Local Tax Export - An Annual Reconciliation export has been added tothe Berkheimer Local Tax Export. When used, this option will combineall the records for the selected year into one report. As long as theemployee and employer PSD codes match from each record, the wagesand contributions will be combined into one record on the report.Also, a defect has been fixed in the Monthly report where the month wasbeing reported when the quarter should have been reported. The Snapshot Date and ClassificationDates on the PIMS Extract range screen have been updated todefault based on the collection calendar for PIMS.• PIMS Field #70 - ADA Status Indicator and Field #125 - Years inUS Schools have been updated for the Student and StudentSnapshot Templates. Rhode Island (Student) –o An eRide Maintain area has been added for the Discipline format.o The eRide Enrollment Extract and Report have been added.o The following changes have been made:- System codes were added for RI Enrollment Census Extracts.- The Extract document has been updated for known fields.- The School Number field has been updated to be an EEL for RI.- A State code was added to the Language codes.- The System Code Maintenance Screen has been added.- The Required Grade Level Setup has been added. South Dakota (Student) –o Family Access - South Dakota's Free and Reduced application letter andinstructions were updated for SY 2014.o Food Service - The Direct Certification Import process will now detecttab-delimited text files so data can be imported correctly.
