o Inventory –• Update - Previously when an Inventory Requisition accountdistribution contained multiple accounts with certain percentages,the accounting did not round correctly, causing a discrepancybetween the total amount and the total of the individual accountlines. This issue has been corrected.• View Requisition Activity - If an Inventory Requisition has beenedited, it now pulls into Update Demands correctly.o Payroll –• Payroll Worksheet - An error where codes with special characterswere not being selected has been corrected.• Post-Verify - An issue has been corrected where the pay recordline was not printing.• Also, for Illinois Users: When the Hours Worked field was turnedon, an IL-specific field was not being printed. This has beencorrected.o Purchasing\My Requistion Processing -• Approve Requisitions – Approvers now see the correctattachments when approving requisitions.• Approve Requisitions – A Quick Approval view, which containsonly crucial information, has been added to Requisition Approval.This browse view will load more quickly but does not include allinformation in the General view.• Requisitions - Users are now able to see the list of POs fromwhich to clone.oSalary Negotiations\Reports – The Data Miner was not reporting theproper tracker information for Salary Negotiation assignments.Previously, it was reporting the Employee Management tracker, but thishas been corrected.o SBAA –• Chart of Accounts - The SBAA Chart of Accounts drill-down menufor Fee Management transactions previously displayed browseinformation only for detail accounting transactions. The browsehas been updated to also display information for the summaryaccounting transactions.• Fee Management - A modification was made to ensure that asystem variable exists. This allows online payments to post toSBAA successfully.o Time Off –• Time Off Limited Access\Time Off Transactions - Web security isnow consistent with PaC. Edit and Delete processing cannot beperformed by a user without access to that transaction type.• Utilities - A correction was made so that Reason codes set up withlimitations do not cause an error when used in the Time OffAllocation utility.oVendors - Vendor profiles no longer display "V" origin checks (old Payrollchecks).Student Management:o Attendance –• Calendar Codes - Student Locator now honors Lunch codes forperiods when the section has a Bell Schedule associated with it.• Custom Attendance Letters - The Custom Attendance Letterpreview for students with Spanish as Home Language now printscorrectly.
