Pennsylvania (Business) –o AFR General Fund Expenditures PDE-2057 - The Annual Financial ReportGeneral Fund PDE-2057 for expenditures and revenues has beenupdated for the 2012-2013 fiscal year.o PIMS - The following updates were made to PIMS reporting.1. Added new job class codes custom form.2. Added Job Description to custom form and extract/export.3. Added note to Location Code. Pennsylvania (Student) –oHealth Records - The TD booster has been removed from 7th gradevaccination requirements.o PIMS –• PIMS has been updated to account for some of the 2013-2014changes for the October submission.• The NCLB-2/LEP screen has been updated to include a newselection area labeled Bilingual/ESL Title III Supplemental LEPProgram Type. The other Bilingual/ESL options have beenrelabeled as Bilingual/ESL Core Program Type. The PIMS processhas been updated to pull the new Program codes 039-054. Newcodes will be pulled as long as the student's LEP record isconsidered current.• The PIMS District and Student Enrollment extract has beenupdated to not pull School Enrollment records when the studenthas exited before the calendar start date of the year for which theprocess is being run.• The PIMS extract has been updated to pull Home Language code1290 for English-speaking students.ooSpecial Education Tabs\IEP Information - Updates were made to the PAIEP form to conform to the state template.Student Profile Tabs\Entry-Withdrawal - A new field called Grad StatusOverride has been added to the student withdrawal screen. PIMScurrently calculates the Graduation Status Code based on the stateWithdrawal code. This field will allow you to override the calculated valueif needed.The state added a new Grad Status code for H - enrolled but did notshow. This value cannot be calculated. Therefore, you will need to enterthe Graduation Status manually on the student's Withdrawal record ifyou wish to report an H value. Rhode Island (Student) –o eRide Maintain/Export options have been added for the Enrollmenttemplate.
