Loading New System Tables - Clovis Municipal School District

Minnesota (Student) –o ECFE - The Export file and all associated labels in the programs havebeen updated to display the new Classroom Volunteer Type labelproperly (previously was Classroom Participation Type).o MCCC - 8 new MCCC Classification codes have been added to thesystem. New Jersey (Student) –o Discipline - The Unknown Offender area has been added and all NJspecificfields have been included for these records. The VV-SA reporthas been updated to pull from the Unknown Offender records. New Mexico (Student) –o STARS - The STARS Extract process has been updated to pull ProgramQualifications only for students who have an ELL Status of "1-CurrentELL Student."o Students\Utilities - Graduation Status has been added to the fields thatcan be updated by the Student Graduation Date Mass Create/Changeutility. Pennsylvania (Business) –o Employee\Custom Forms Setup - When the HR State Reporting PIMSutility "PIMS User Defined Screens" is run, it updates the Web customform "PA PIMS" automatically if it has been converted from a PaC User-Defined Screen by the user previously. This update process will now alsocreate a "table record" correctly, allowing the user to see and updatethat table in the Custom Forms import processing area.o Payroll\Unemployment Compensation - The unemployment workfile willnow correctly capture and report the credit weeks from Payroll history. Pennsylvania (Student) –o Food Service - A PEARS Monthly Upload Report option has been added tothe Web.o PIMS –• The District Fact LEP template has been added to PIMS.• The District Fact Title 1 template has been added to PIMS formanual entry through the Maintain area.• The following updates were made for PIMS:1. Added District Fact School Choice and Location Fact SchoolChoice/SES templates to PIMS.2. Added a School Choice data entry screen to District Factmaintenance.3. Added Location Fact data entry screens for the SchoolChoice/SES data.4. Updated Maintain and Export areas to handle the newtemplates.• The PIMS extract process has been updated so all collectionsprocess the records to include in the Programs Fact templateproperly. Rhode Island (Student) –o SASID –• An Export Students without SASID option has been added to theRI State Reporting/SASID menu.
