Our aim was to find out if there was anissue earlier in the semester then staff members could attemptto rectify it as soon as possible.––Not using online feedback for undergraduate students. Our experienceshows that even at postgraduate level the on line response wasvery poor.––Students should be informed fully by their course coordinators aboutthe importance of their responsibility in the learning process.– – Students should be informed fully by their course coordinators aboutthe importance of the feedback surveys and impact on the funding thatRMIT receives from the Federal Government and how to differentiatebetween teaching practices (Good Teaching Score) and environmentalor IT issues.Page 145
