Resources to assist the development <strong>and</strong> implementation of thedistributed <strong>leadership</strong> framework.4.1 Outcome 1: Leadership Project Action<strong>and</strong> Implementation PlansAs identified in Section 2, the project was successfully implemented over a twoyear period with minor variations to timing <strong>and</strong> <strong>for</strong>mat. The Action ResearchProcess enabled the change management process to proceed through cyclesof change as illustrated in Section 3. Each cycle was subject to analysis <strong>and</strong>reflection that enabled the project to evolve flexibly.Page 67
