If the seller, when marketing the goods, has given information onthe price of the goods or the manner of the calculation of the price relating to theprice levels at the conclusion of the contract, and this can be presumed to havehad an effect on the contract, the price shall be determined in accordance withthe information given.Section 24 — Time of payment (16/1994)(1) Unless otherwise agreed, the seller shall pay the purchase price upon demand ofthe seller, but not, however, before the goods are available to him in accordancewith the contract.(2) Before the payment of the purchase price, the buyer shall have the right toinspect the goods as is customary or as is appropriate with regard to thecircumstances unless such inspection is not compatible with the agreed mannerof delivery and payment.18
