(2) In telephone communications, the business is not required to disclose all theinformation referred to in sections 6—9 subject to the explicit consent of theconsumer. In this case, the consumer shall be notified that he or she may receiveadditional information on request and of what nature this information is.However, the following information shall always be supplied:(1) the relationship between the business and the person calling the consumer,such as whether or not the caller is in the service of the business orwhether the caller is an agent, other representative or an intermediaryworking for the business;(2) a description of the main characteristics of the financial service;(3) the total amount of fees, charges and other expenses to be paid by theconsumer, including all taxes, or, when an exact amount cannot beindicated, the basis for the calculation of the expenses;(4) a notice of possible capital gains tax, transfer tax and equivalent taxes orpublic charges related to the acquired financial services of which thebusiness is aware and which the consumer may be required to pay inaddition to the expenses referred to in paragraph 3, payable to thebusiness;(5) the existence of a right of withdrawal or that such right does not existaccording to law;(6) the period of withdrawal, the amount of compensation which may becharged from the consumer because of the withdrawal, or, when an exactamount of compensation cannot be indicated, the basis for the calculationof the compensation, as well as other conditions and instructionsconcerning the use of this right.Section 11 — Communication of the prior information and of the contractual terms inwriting or in other permanent manner(1) The prior information and contractual terms shall in good time before thecontract is concluded be notified to the consumer in person in writing orelectronically so that the consumer may save and reproduce the informationunchanged. The same applies to the information which the business is accordingto provisions elsewhere in law required to give to the consumer before a contractconcerning financial services is concluded.35
