of the service has been commenced in accordance with the consent of theconsumer;(2) the geographical address of the business premises where the consumer mayfile complaints;(3) information on any warranty and the available maintenance and repairservices;(4) the rules on the termination of the contract, if it has been concluded for thetime being or for a period exceeding one year. (29/2005)(2) The confirmation shall be delivered as soon as possible after the conclusion ofthe contract and, in the sale of tangible goods, at the latest when the goods aredelivered, except where the goods are according to the contract to be delivered toa third party.(3) The confirmation need not be delivered, if the information referred to inparagraph (1) has been supplied to the consumer in accordance with thatparagraph already before the conclusion of the contract. Moreover, theconfirmation need not be supplied if a service is provided through a means ofdistance communication at a single occasion and if it is billed for by the businesswhose distance communication service is being used for the purpose. However,the consumer shall always be informed of the visiting address of the businessproviding the service where the consumer may file complaints.Section 15 — Right of withdrawal in distance selling (1072/2000)(1) In distance selling, the consumer is entitled to withdraw from the contract bynotifying the business of the same within 14 days of receiving the confirmationreferred to in section 14 or, in the sale of tangible goods, of the delivery of thegoods or the first shipment of goods, if these are delivered later than theconfirmation. If the confirmation need not be supplied, the withdrawal periodshall be calculated in the sale of tangible goods from the delivery of the goods orthe shipment and in other cases from the conclusion of the contract. In the saleof tangible goods, the return of the delivered goods shall constitute withdrawalfrom the contract.(2) If the confirmation does not meet the criteria set in section 14, the withdrawalperiod shall be three months. If the confirmation is rectified during that period,the consumer is entitled to withdraw from the contract in accordance withparagraph (1) as from the date when he/she received the rectified confirmation.27
