From the File menu, select Properties.2. Choose the Parameters tab. Check the box that says Update all flanges in this part createdin a version of Alibre Design prior to V9.1.3. Click Apply. You will be notified that the dimensions of the part will be permanently changed.Once you have converted a model, it can not be undone.Here is an example of how the dimensions of the part will change:Consider a 1”x 1” tab, on one edge of which we are adding a flange of length 1”. The options chosenare:Alignment type: InsideLength Type: OutsideThe following figure shows the dimensions of the part before and after these changes have beenimplemented.
