Click Windows Folders; then Browse if the associated spreadsheet is in a Windows folder.Click Repository; then Browse if the associated spreadsheet is in a repository. The Browsefor Spreadsheet File dialog box opens.6. In Look In, browse to the location of the spreadsheet.7. Click the spreadsheet's file name to select it.8. Click Open. The new file path to the spreadsheet appears in the browse field.9. Click Apply to all such parameters to apply the changes to all parameters driven by the samespreadsheet.10. Click OK.11. Repeat steps 4-10 if any affected parameters are driven by a separate spreadsheet.9.11 3D PDF PublishingAlibre Design supports publishing parts, assemblies, drawings, and BOMs to PDF file format. Oncepublished, these files can be viewed with the Adobe Reader.There are two levels of PDF publishing:• Model Only Publishing• Full Publisher ModuleNote: Users with licenses for Alibre Design Xpress and Standard have access to Model OnlyPublishing. Users with licenses for Alibre Design Professional and Expert have access to FullPublishing.
