Importantly they do not provide a single answer inrespect of the effective demand for housing or the number of dwellingsthey may need to be planned for. A number of other factors andconsiderations need to be taken into account alongside theseprojections in determining housing requirements.7.13 Besides the projected change in the overall number of households, thehousehold projections also contain information about the projectedhousehold composition. (i.e. one person households and multi-personhouseholds).
