The program also fosters a deep understanding ofinterpersonal dynamics and effective communication skills.This integral approach results in a clearer understanding of humanpotential and physical, emotional, cognitive, and spiritual growth.Graduates of the program can apply this degree in fields as diverseas education, consulting, coaching, human resources, management,and organizational development.The degree consists of core courses, studies in sacred psychology,and skill-based professional development classes.
