This certificate represents the firststep in our program to achieve the “Clean Park”accreditation for our developments, created byPROFEPA, through a collaboration agreementwith AMPIP (Asociación Mexicana de ParquesIndustriales Privados, Mexican Association ofPrivate Industrial Parks).Companies established in our developmentsneed, in turn, to obtain the “Clean Industry”Certification in order to have our developmentcertified as a whole. Our goal is that the initialaccreditation of the Industrial Park’s administrationbe set as an example and, consequently, will encourage each user’s certification process,in order to be able to meet our objective.IM: What can you tell us aboutthe properties developed forBombardier in Querétaro?RT: Since 2007, BOMBARDIER has begun consolidatingaeronautical operations with VESTAat Querétaro’s Aerospace Park. By the end of2009 we started the constructing of the thirdbuilding for them and the first one developedunder LEED standards (Leadership in Energyand Environmental Design) with a total surfaceof aproximately 17,000 m 2 , which is currently inthe process of certification by the GBCI (GreenBuilding Certification Institute) to be able tobe LEED certified in the “New Constrution”category in the next few months. This projecthas driven VESTA to develop an integral sustainablestrategy. This building, destined to themanufacture of Learjet 85 aircraft, is in factoutstanding, both in its operation and aesthetics, and we intend it to be an example to futuredevelopments we carry out for BOMBARDIERas well as for the rest of our clients.IM: How is VESTA differentfrom other industrial real estatedevelopers?RT: Without a doubt, the unique factor is ourteam.
