<strong>Advisory</strong> <strong>Committee</strong> on Pesticides Annual Report 2001 Appendix IV: Inter-Departmental Secretariat Terms of reference The Inter-Departmental Secretariat (IDS) considers data submitted as part of the EC review programme and applications for Annex 1 listing under EC Directive 91/414. In these cases, the IDS proposes a course of action to the ACP which contributes the definitive scientific input to the UK negotiating position. The IDS also considers applications and reviews under COPR before they are referred to the ACP.
