Chief Executive Officer (CEO)<br />
Rudi Ludwig was appointed to our Board of Directors on June 18, 2007 and appointed Chief Executive Officer<br />
on June 20, 2007. Mr Ludwig joined our company in 2003 as Chief Executive Officer and head of the<br />
Management Board for <strong>SAF</strong>. Between 1992 and 2003, Mr Ludwig served as a member of the management<br />
board of Behr GmbH. Prior to joining Behr, Mr Ludwig worked for Henkel KGaA in Düsseldorf, Germany and<br />
Knorr Bremse AG in Munich, Germany. Mr Ludwig studied industrial engineering at Karlsruhe University of<br />
Applied Sciences in Germany and holds a Dipl. Wirtsch.-Ing. degree from Karlsruhe University. In addition<br />
Mr Ludwig holds a Dipl. Kfm. degree from the Freie Universität Berlin.<br />
