Sam Martin was appointed Chief Operating Officer and Chief Administrative Officer on June 20, 2007.<br />
Dr Martin joined our company in 1974, and since that time he has held the positions of Metallurgical Engineer,<br />
Acting Chief Engineer, Vice President/Engineering, Executive Vice President/Engineering, Executive Vice<br />
President, and President and Chief Administrative Officer of the <strong>HOLLAND</strong> Group, Inc. Prior to joining<br />
<strong>HOLLAND</strong>, Dr Martin worked as a Supervisor of the Materials Laboratory for FMC Corp. in Cedar Rapids,<br />
Iowa. Dr Martin holds a B.S. in metallurgical engineering from Lafayette College and his Ph.D. in metallurgical<br />
engineering from Ohio State University.<br />
