the NTSB investigation and the recommendations and conclusions reached by the NTSB may have a substantial impact on the<br />

outcome of litigation against the Company as well as our business interests. This fact is not lost on other parties to this<br />

investigation, so we must be mindful of it as well.<br />

For these reasons, we have retained the law firm of McKenna Long & Aldridge, LLP to assist us during the NTSB investigation.<br />
