Course: Business Administration Level 2
A family member saw an apprenticeship opportunity
at Catalyst Partnership group. After a telephone
interview, I was invited into a group screening with 15
managers which included activities to demonstrate
leadership and listening skills, and a Maths and
English test, before a final interview.
I was delighted to get the apprenticeship which
meant I spent every Tuesday at the College studying
and the rest of the time at the Catalyst Office.
Now that I have completed the course, I know I
can take that qualification into any office job. I feel
like I have better organisation skills and I’m more
motivated to grow. The course has given me so many
opportunities. It has been a combination of valuable
work experience and on the job training whilst
gaining a qualification.
