No. 14–1143. Chadrin Lee Mullenix, Petitioner v. Beatrice Luna,<br />

Individually and as Representative of the Estate of Israel Leija, Jr.,<br />

et al. On petition for writ of certiorari to the United States Court of<br />

Appeals for the Fifth Circuit. Petition for writ of certiorari granted.<br />

The United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit’s determination<br />

that Mullenix is not entitled to qualified immunity is reversed.<br />

Opinion per curiam. Opinion by Justice Scalia, concurring in the judgment.<br />

Dissenting opinion by Justice Sotomayor.<br />
