No. 14–1143. Chadrin Lee Mullenix, Petitioner v. Beatrice Luna,
Individually and as Representative of the Estate of Israel Leija, Jr.,
et al. On petition for writ of certiorari to the United States Court of
Appeals for the Fifth Circuit. Petition for writ of certiorari granted.
The United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit’s determination
that Mullenix is not entitled to qualified immunity is reversed.
Opinion per curiam. Opinion by Justice Scalia, concurring in the judgment.
Dissenting opinion by Justice Sotomayor.
