to the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit.
Judgment vacated, and case remanded to the United States Court of
Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit for further proceedings. Justice
Breyer announced the judgment of the Court and delivered an opinion,
in which The Chief Justice, Justice Ginsburg, and Justice Sotomayor
join. Opinion by Justice Thomas, concurring in the judgment. Dissenting
