John Wiley & Sons, Inc. On writ of certiorari to the United States
Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit. Judgment vacated, and case
remanded to the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit
for further proceedings consistent with the opinion of this Court. Opinion
by Justice Kagan.
No. 14–916. Kingdomware Technologies, Inc., Petitioner v. United
States. On writ of certiorari to the United States Court of Appeals for
the Federal Circuit. Judgment reversed, and case remanded to the
United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit for further
proceedings consistent with the opinion of this Court. Opinion by Justice
Thomas.
No. 15–7. Universal Health Services, Inc., Petitioner v. United States
and Massachusetts, ex rel. Julio Escobar and Carmen Correa. On writ
of certiorari to the United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit.
Judgment vacated, and case remanded to the United States Court
of Appeals for the First Circuit for further proceedings consistent with
the opinion of this Court. Opinion by Justice Thomas.
