States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit for further proceedings<br />

consistent with the opinion of this Court. Opinion by Justice Breyer.<br />

No. 15–474. Robert F. McDonnell, Petitioner v. United States. On<br />

writ of certiorari to the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth<br />

Circuit. Judgment vacated, and case remanded to the United States<br />

Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit for further proceedings consistent<br />

with the opinion of this Court. Opinion by The Chief Justice.<br />

The Chief Justice said:<br />

“I am authorized to announce that the Court has acted upon all cases<br />

submitted to the court for decision this term. Disposition of items<br />

scheduled for conference today will be reflected on an order list that<br />

will be released at 9:30 tomorrow morning.”<br />

“The Court will be in recess from today until the first Monday in<br />

October 2016, at which time the October 2015 term of the Court will<br />

be adjourned, and the October 2016 term of the Court will begin, as<br />

provided by law.”<br />

“On behalf of my colleagues, I would like to thank the Supreme<br />

Court employees for their outstanding work and dedication to their<br />

important responsibilities during this term. The commitment and professionalism<br />

of all the Court staff contribute significantly to the accomplishment<br />

of the Court’s mission.”<br />

of three Court employees.”<br />

“Special Agent Gilbert Shah has announced his retirement, effective<br />

June 30 of this year. Special Agent Shah has served with distinction<br />

and retires with 25 years of outstanding service on the Supreme Court<br />

police force.”<br />

“Elizabeth Brown, a former assistant clerk for judgments, retired on<br />

December 31, 2015, with 26 years of Supreme Court service. We are
